Serving as a Product Manager for The Private Bank has given me the opportunity to continue to leverage new and existing relationships throughout the enterprise to quickly deliver innovative solutions to enhance processes, improve client experience, and develop a long term strategic roadmap to deliver new products that will serve as a key differentiator in a highly competitive space. I manage product strategy for The Private Bank including deposit, lending, operational, and digital initiatives.

As the Strategic Growth and Innovation Concept Leader on the Retail Business Transformation team, I successfully led the launch of a new physical location concept to supplement the traditional branch network. The sub-branded location harnesses a mix of new technology, in person interactions, and a high degree of community engagement through various event offerings to connect with our clients in new ways. Through partnership with key stakeholders we were able to identify and deliver value added services across all lines of business, develop a new go to market playbook for further brand expansion, and test new technology as a way of interacting with our customers.

As a Technical Manager within the Financial Administration department of Commerce Trust Company, I managed all aspects of asset management sales incentive plans, overseeing monthly department operations, goal setting, expense allocation, reporting, forecasting, plan change proposals, and incentive policy training. I conceptualized and led process improvement initiatives that generated a 70% time savings in monthly operational tasks and migrated all documentation to an electronic only environment.

As a Data Analyst within the Financial Administration department of Commerce Trust Company, I helped uncover business line reporting needs to provide greater insight to strategic objectives, analyze results, and make recommendations to executive management when applicable. Operationally, I managed sales incentive plans, sales and revenue forecasting, data modeling for plan change proposals, and incentive system enhancements.
