I am Director and Founder of both Sawyer Fielding and Websters Surveyors and hold fellowship status of the RICS, having initially gained Chartered status in 2009.I sit on the RICS Expert panel on Compulsory Purchase and co-wrote the RICS Guide to Compulsory Purchase along with the Government online booklets on the same. I regularly speak at CPD events on the specialism.As well as leading the country’s most experienced firm of Chartered Surveyors in helping homeowners affected by Compulsory Purchase through Sawyer Fielding, I am also a Director and founder of Websters Surveyors.At Websters Surveyors, I lead a large and growing team providing residential Valuations and Home Surveys. We are disrupting the industry by providing high quality reports at reasonable prices, achievable due to our investment into technology and digital content being combined with a team I am very proud of and who share our core values.I believe that the future of Surveying is firms who focus on the client experience, looking outwards not inwards.
