Over my 20+ year career in Human Resources, I have a proven track record of executing HR strategy, accomplishing departmental objectives, solving problems and getting things done. My current role is heavily focused on HR and legal compliance, employee relations and management consulting, along with compensation and budget management. In fulfilling these duties, I am a thoughtful decision maker and risk manager and I have a keen focus on results.     In 2014 my position was restructured and I was promoted to Human Resources Manager. In addition to my previous responsibilities as an HR Generalist, I took on management of the personnel budget, planning and implementation of compensation increases, and benefits renewal. In 2017 our Payroll Manger and I were asssigned to lead the implementation of a new HRIS system for our company. This included selection of the new platform, ensuring successful data migration to the new system, setup and rollout to all end users.In 2018 I implemented and rolled-out company-wide performance reviews, first offline and then in 2020 I set up and administered through our HRIS system. In 2023-2024 one of our departments was divested from the company. I was tasked with managing the distribution of severance agreements and WARN notices to impacted staff members and State agencies and ensuring timely payment of severance funds to separated employees.
