David’s Bridal now operates 18 international stores in Canada and the UK with over $30M annual revenue using the NAV/LS Retail platform. o Merged the growing eCommerce business onto the ERP leveraging multi-channel functional. eCommerce revenue has grown over 225% since the migration.o Migrated David’s Bridal’s existing US Retail Chain to the new NAV ERP with zero business interruption. • Upgraded Manhattan’s DOM and PkMS solutions to combine our Retail and eCommerce Distribution Centers into a Single Pool of Inventory to enable Omni-Channel fulfillment which saved the company over $4 million dollars in inventory carrying costs.• Implemented Manhattan’s Inventory Optimization & Demand Forecasting to improve our sales forecasting capabilities which resulted in a $5M annual inventory savings.• Created and maintained an enterprise application and integration master for the IT department which included over 50 applications and 250 integration touch points. -
