Collectively the portfolios represent approximately $8 Billion in commitments. - Ensure underwriting standards are met for quality, regulatory compliance and service level agreement (SLA) response times to credit requests. - Proactively monitor the loan portfolio for accurate risk ratings, covenant compliance, etc. - Decision credit requests up to $100MM.- Voting Member of US Commercial Credit Committee with collective loan authority of $130MM.- Voting Member of the Bank's Policy Working group to provide oversight over the bank's underwriting policies and guidelines.

- Decision credit requests up to $50MM under individual authority and sponsor credit requests above individual authority for submission to U.S. Loan Committee. Ensure compliance with external regulation, internal credit policy and risk appetite while supporting growth in the portfolio. - Primary risk contact for mid-corporate credit requests in the West Region (CA,CO,AZ,OR,WA,UT) Technology, Agriculture and Food Franchise verticals. - Authored and obtained approval for underwriting guidelines for the semiconductor industry for the bank, the bank's first 'technology' focused guidelines. - Primary underwriting/credit approval support of a ~$350MM semiconductor portfolio - Independently researched and authored internal whitepaper on semiconductor industry to increase institutional knowledge and comfort with the industry. Identified potential prospects in the industry based on desired industry dynamics and credit profile. The bank recently committed $75MM to a prospect identified in the whitepaper.

- Manage and underwrite a $860MM portfolio of large middle market (LMM) syndicated loans. Focus on companies with revenues between $250MM and $1.5B. - Underwrote and gained approval for $169MM in new money transactions in 2013, generating over $2MM in incremental net income after tax (NIAT). Including fees and other income on existing transactions, incremental NIAT generated by the managed portfolio was $3.3MM. - Target hold limits between $15MM and $50MM per transaction. - Portfolio includes business services, technology, financial services and resort industries.- Recognized under the bank's 'Top Talent' program in 2014.
