I have shown loyalty in a career of over 25 years working for just 3 different companies with no gaps in employment.I began my career working in the wholesale wallpaper and home furnishings market where I was a national accounts manager covering the whole of the U.K selling into SME and blue chip companies.I then began a retail career with Brighthouse where I developed sales and account management skills before becoming deputy and branch manager.The next stage in my career was in the training and recruitment industry where I became a qualified assessor/trainer and worked with Morrisons to deliver retail and customer service QCF qualifications, whilst working here I gained my PTTLS, A1,Customer service and Food hygiene qualifications.This then led me to get involved with recruitment, training and candidate and employer engagement with EQL solutions. This is my current position where I am responsible for engaging with work programme referral partners and Jcp's nationally to source customers for employability and up skilling courses. I sell the benefits and potential personal development of courses to customers to gain their buy in and commitment.I assess and develop performance with a view to moving candidates towards appropriate vacancies. I develop and expand new relationships in order to gain new business and explore new territory.I deliver face to face meetings, group sales pitches, recruitment interviews and one to one talent and performance development.I provide employer engagement to identify potential vacancies and link in with services and products provided.I am responsible for the North of England where I enjoy travelling to meet new clients and develop and maintain successful partnerships each week.
