Duties include but are not limited to;- Assisting field workers applying Flynn’s safety policies andprocedures in the field.- WCB claims management- Modified work management- Orientation of new workers to Flynn Canada- Coordinating training needs for field workers- Compiling and reporting safety statistics and trends- Pre-job hazards assessments with managers andsuperintendants.- Assisting foremen with Job Hazard analysis- Internal auditing- Safety inspections and evaluations- Incident investigation and root cause analysis- Attending and coaching the JWHSC committee

Alberta, Canada

Providing safety and labor to Hazco Environmental.Duties included but not limited to;- Orientations for new workers on job sites- Developing site specific health and safety plans for the biddingprocess of new jobs, performing job hazard analysis on newjobs as well as attending job kick off safety meetings.- Assisting crews on new jobs to develop job specific JSA`s andsafe work procedures.- Assist supervisors in the incident investigation process as wellas ensuring investigations are completed in a timely manner andall corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.- Ensuring WCB claim reports are completed and handed in atimely manner.- Site visits to various sites in Alberta, Saskatchewan and B.C. toperform behavior observation, site inspections, JSA complianceand coaching sessions with crew.- Member of a demolition team. Duties range from demolition ofinterior or exterior structures, material recovery, spotting trucksand machine operators, operation of light machinery andpower/hand tool. Responsibilities include attending daily toolgate meetings, weekly and monthly safety meetings, conductingdaily and job specific job/safety inspections and complying withsafety rules and regulations.

Duties included but not limited to;- Co-Chair J.W.H.S. and meetings.- W.H.I.M.I.S. and T.D.G.- Safety inspections.- Fork-lift training.- Training and running an eight man crew.- Meeting with group leaders for scheduling.- Pulling schedules.- Setting aging ovens.- Front-end loader.- Loading billet ramp.- Preventative maintenance.- Die polishing.
