This role requires many varied duties that are carried out around and within the premises of the leisure centre. Starting from lifeguarding the main swimming pool, cleaning and maintenance for efficent running. As well as being at the forefront in customer experience and service, dealing with a variety of differing and uncertain incidents and situations. This may involve first aid siuations, dealing with customer complaints and any issues to feedback to the manager on duty.My responsibilities and growth as an employee continue to grow and well exceed my current title. This includes carrying out duties in relation to health and safety, helping the centres supervisor conduct daily responsibilities, event organisation/planning and helping with the event set up. This ranges from day to day events including girls gym, boys gym, kick boxing lesson's, circuits, aerobics and many more. There are larger events that include swimming gala's and boxing tournaments. Overall managerial qualities recognised within my daily role in planning, organisation, leadership, customer care and satisfaction.

This position provided many responsibilities and roles which included merchandising sales floor, merchandising floor to company standards using weekly sales figures to customer service queries and complaints. I would also make sure that the supervisors use the company best sellers correctly to merchandise tailoring and casual wear sections of the department. I was also a health and safety ambassador to all staff making sure awareness and up to date knowledge of all the current regulations and procedures.
