• Directed implementation and operation of HMH’s Salesforce.com (SFDC) org, from inception to adoption, managing team of up to 20 that produced 30+ major functional releases. Collaborated with business users, assessing.

• Oversaw Y2K remediation and OS migration of legacy order processing system (> 1M lines of COBOL)
