I have been doing big concrete structures my entire life. I have learned that anything can be built if you don’t focus on the challenges, but you plan the solutions thoroughly, then have 2 back up plans. You learn from your failures, and make sure those under you learn from your mistakes. This mentality seems to create success in my work, and my ability to lead others. I believe honesty is the only option to live by. If your always honest, you will never have to lie. The respect of my coworkers is of equal value as my reimbursement from my employer. Being a Super is the only thing I know how to do on a project. From putting up the fences and starting demo, to taking down the fences and turning the keys over to the owner. Most the time, I love what I do.
