Datometry's Co-sell Incentivized Hyper-Q platform drives massive ADS consumption by enabling our shared customers to move from Teradata and/or Oracle Exadata in weeks instead of years. Hyper-Q is a virtualization platform that enables customers to run their legacy data warehouse applications natively in Azure Synapse. I had global responsibility for our strategic cloud alliances, building co-sell pipeline bi-directionally to light up our shared scorecards for IP co-sell wins and consumption while enhancing our mutual customers' security postures. I joined Bishop from TransVault with the mandate to build a strong alliance with Microsoft and to make Bishop Microsoft's go-to services specialist for email archive migrations.

I had the amazing opportunity with TransVault to build a North American channel for an entirely new and innovative software category: email archive migration. I and my network of skilled and dedicated partners quickly established TransVault as the gold standard in this new category, and many of the early partnerships we built are still today top-performing partners for TransVault.

I worked as a specialist on contract to help numerous Microsoft-focused ISVs (ENow, C2C, Activiser, Instant Technologies, Ensim) to establish and grow their relationships with Microsoft and to build high-performance global channel programs.

I built Messageware's global channel program from the ground up and populated it with a high-performance network of more than ninety resellers in key markets around the world, growing channel-driven revenues from <10% of company revenue to >60% of revenue in the process.
