I manage email marketing communications and newsletter management representing the entire patient base of Canopy's subsidiaries, as well as interested parties who just want to know more. This includes working with multiple teams (Sales, Medical, Creative) and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing emails to accurate segments, while minimizing unsubscribes and abuse reports.

Duties include: writing content for blogs and email campaigns (marketing and CRM), creating ad campaigns (paid and organic) across multiple social media channels, and planning and creating new marketing messaging while working alongside a development team.

Responsible for supporting the National Accounts team by preparing sales reports, digital catalogues, and materials for meetings, conferences and sales calls. Run weekly and monthly digital sales reports. Regularly tracking and analyzing the performance of p-book and e-book promotions as well as performing author brand analysis and comparative title research. Administer and track affidavits with customers. Also responsible for prepping grids and attending all relevant sales meetings and conferences.
