HH Global on site at Lowe’s Corporate HQ in Mooresville, NC. Primary responsibility as the project production lead on 2D and 3D in-store programs. Management of project work from various Lowe’s category managers and provide solutions for retail graphic reproduction and visual merchandising executions. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, I managed projects from end-to-end including any creative and/or production sourcing. I am also responsible for setting timelines with internal and external suppliers to meet production schedules. I work extensively with outside print vendors for bids and negotiate final project pricing. All project assets and data are entered into several systems (Workfront, Filemaker, HHUB, ASANA) to provide up to date reporting of project status.
