Procurement Development Group is a procurement services provider helping building owners and operators with their investments in new or upgraded building systems and technologies.

Through policy designs, community outreach, transparency and data, and on-the-ground efforts, our goal is to make Washington, DC (or your city!) the cleanest, most energy efficient city in the United States.

Launched in 2016, the BEST Fund provides under-resourced institutions with the financial and operational support needed to invest in energy efficiency projects within their facilities. Part of the savings from these projects is set aside to help grow the institution’s own Green Revolving Fund to enable it to continue to invest in efficiency projects in the future. The BEST Fund helps institutions reduce the financial and environmental impacts of energy waste through new investments that will drive cost savings. As lowered operating costs are realized, not only do organizations experience immediate cash flow benefits, but they also will see their own Green Revolving Funds grow. This investment model creates a regenerating cycle of capital that gives institutions the opportunity to re-invest the savings into future efficiency projects.While more than 140 institutions nationwide have implemented a Green Revolving Fund, many of those institutions with the greatest need often have the least ability to marshal the financial and operational resources necessary to develop and manage an energy efficiency program. The BEST Fund will bridge that gap by providing the necessary resources and guidance to these institutions.

As Senior Manager I managed the firm's efforts in the education space with public schools, private schools, and universities. I also oversaw projects for commercial building, pharmaceutical, and healthcare clients. Among my responsibilities were: • Efficiency Investment Fund Management – Directed all aspects of $3M revolving loan fund that invested in projects that improve efficiency thereby lowering operating costs. The savings from these projects are then reinvested in future projects that continue to drive down costs and increase efficiency. • Leadership Communication – Responsible for coordinating communication to C-Level executives regarding progress updates and additional opportunities to drive further efficiency.• Team Leadership – Managed a revolving team of professionals including engineers, analysts, and developers to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.• Strategic Planning – Led efforts to set strategy for client retention and growth as well to continue to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.• Operations Management – Managed various aspects of internal operations including team resource management, client proposals, financial forecasting, and sales pursuits.

Worked for the Flamboyan Foundation, a private foundation that focuses on advocacy and family engagement as key levers to improve education.
