The Career Launch Program is designed as an opportunity for new graduates to quickly expand their knowledge and networks within the banking industry. In this role I gained experience in many different areas of the bank through three rotations in varying functions including retail banking, wholesale credit assessment and project management for one of RBC's not-for-profit partners.

The Waubuno Beach guard team was responsible for maintaining our outdoor beach facility, eliminating safety hazards, preserving the safety of patrons, and providing quality swimming lessons and first aid courses to the community. I joined the swim program as a lifeguard in 2010 and received 4 promotions over 7 years reaching the highest position available to summer students. As Aquatics Coordinator, I managed the swim program and beach facilities for the Town of Parry Sound including training staff, budgeting and advertising.
