Senior Manager Sales Contracts
Current- Manage legal team of corporate attorneys and senior contract specialists, located in-office and virtually, that collectively produce thousands of sales contracts per year for a vast network of 30K properties in over.
- Negotiate contractual terms with Client’s internal and external counsel for contracts with commercial value in excess of $10M, while directly reporting to C-level executives potential risks and exposure
- Oversee contract lifecycle with teams across the globe, providing on-going support and training opportunities with a wide range of stakeholders while continuing to develop and cultivate business relationships
- In charge of operational systems to facilitate exceptional vendor management and third-party risk management, while maintaining a clear focus on data governance, data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Driven by a detailed, analytical mindset in order to deliver accurate legal agreements in seven languages, all within strict deadlines; executing the full Quote-to-Cash process
