This means by design, we DO NOT work with every global Project Developer and at the same time we DO NOT sell Offsets to any/every corporation with demand. Unless we are certain that the participants are sincerely aligned towards Net Zero - we don't allow a transaction on our platform. Focused to identify and mitigate underwriting performance issues and assist with the approval and monitoring of realistic and achievable Syndicate Business Forecasts/plans (SBFs). Additionally, to lay processes and verify compliance with Lloyd's minimum underwriting standards. Various KRA's being:-• Protect the Central Fund by ensuring that syndicate underwriting delivers sustainable performance and profitability.• Ensure that syndicate's performance is closely monitored and appropriate action when performance issues are identified.• Ensure that underwriting plans are realistic and achievable; appropriate portfolio oversight and control is carried out; minimum underwriting standards are maintained at all times.

Individual Claims Leadership was my KRA at Beazley. These being: -• Proactively managing individual claims from notification to closure, investing the necessary level of involvement required for each claim depending on, inter alia, the nature, category, maturity, type and quantum of the claim.• Managing Beazley’s Claims Reserving Philosophy and Claims Standards.• In liaison with my line/product manager develop, iterate, document and execute claims strategies taking into account uncertainties, key decisions, potential outcomes and estimated associated costs.• Implementing Beazley’s “Treating Customers Fairly” policy.• Working with and supporting Claims Managers in the management of the claims portfolio to optimize performance including: -• Regularly reviewing individual claims within the portfolio and keeping reserves and records up to date as required by Beazley’s claims controls and standards.• Keeping Reinsurance and Finance advised of any material claims as set out in your claims authority and claims protocols and procedures and work with Reinsurance to effect recoveries.• Developing an understanding of marketing and underwriting strategies for the business area.• Providing input to underwriters on review of potential or existing insured’s claims experience.• Tracking feedback claims trends and developments and their potential impact on the book.• Suggesting wording improvements.
