These recruiters covered various different portfolios and specialties. I was responsible for the front to back management of each locum placement, as well as helping drive towards and achieve quarterly targets. The healthcare recruitment industry demands a much higher level of accuracy than most, with stringent credentialing requirements set by the health districts, this is both a very demanding and rewarding role.I was a proven high performer within the business, controlling and overseeing the fast-paced locum recruitment process in its entirety. I always ensured the completion and submission of all required documentation within the strict constraints of short locum time frames. This included the organisation of all travel & accommodation required during the locum periods as well as managing the completion and submission of invoices after the locums were completed. A key part of the role was the building and maintenance of relationships with both clients and doctors. I solely managed numerous desks over many different specialties, covering both the recruitment and para consulting responsibilities successfully.
