His background includes surgeon and C-level sales in sports medicine, total joints, trauma and biologics. He progressed to middle sales management, responsible for mentoring sales representatives and developing new business prior to starting his own allograft company in 2008, Parametrics Medical, LLC. Dan gives great credit for his dedication and discipline to his time spent working shoulder to shoulder with the bravest men and women in the world as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Dan is the sole owner and CEO of Parametrics Medical, LLC where he implemented the development, structure and vision of the organization. The start-up venture began as a concept and has grown into a multi-million dollar national organization. Dan is responsible for developing and introducing industry brands such as Coll-e-Strong, Coll-e-Derm RT, OsteoSource, Lo>Rad, No>Rad, Restorigin and Restorigin RT.
