Dan has extensive experience in the tax area providing tax planning and compliance advice to a wide range of corporations and their shareholders with respect to corporate reorganizations, business succession planning, business acquisition and divestitures. He has provided tax advice to businesses in a broad range of sectors including construction, retail, manufacturing, real estate, natural resources and professional services firms.Dan has delivered frequent speaking engagements throughout New Brunswick and Nova Scotia on tax matters affecting private corporations and their shareholders. He holds a chartered accountants designation and is a member of the Atlantic Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
