Started in the real estate business in the title/legal field back in 2006. When the recession hit in 2008 I began working with current partners investing in real estate and other real estate backed assets. Most of our investing over the past decade has been focused around 1-4 Family real estate and debt instruments. We also have significant experience dealing with commercial real estate and debt. One of my partners is a broker in Ohio and Kentucky. We operate/own two real estate brokerages in Ohio and Kentucky. Our brokerages and agents service consumers and investors looking to sell and buy real estate and they also manage a little over 1000 units in the Cincinnati Market for investors. Over the last several years we have been focusing more and more on commercial, multi-family, development, and telecommunications transactions (ie. Properties with Cell phone towers). We have a core focus in the local Cincinnati Market and conduct telecommunications transactions nationally. We are always interested in networking with any and all investors (SFR, MULTI-FAM, COMMERCIAL, ETC) and other professionals in the real estate, lending, and finance business, as well as contractors.
