I am the Co Founder and Senior Partner of Vision Brokers and Advisors and MYBIZSALE.com.au. We developed Vision Brokers and Advisors (VBA) after 15 years of selling, buying and operating businesses. VBA sells businesses between $1M and $20M. Our objective was to create the most efficient, and effective business sales process in the market. We believe that a business sale is a very hands on collaborative effort between multiple stakeholders. We often speak several times a day to our clients and sometimes for months on end.We also focused on nailing the fundamentals. We worked for around 6 months finding and perfecting the combination of tools and apps which complement the many various critical stages of the sales process. One of the key fundamentals is inbound buyer enquiries. I won’t go into the details, or share our trade secrets, other than to say the number of quality enquiries our clients receive is often very surprising to them.VBA quickly went from strength to strength. We then found that we were turning away a lot of smaller value businesses under $500k which are typically walk in walk out transactions. We were not comfortable that they had a business selling system that best suited their individual needs. In January 2020 developed and lanuched MYBIZSALE.com.au as a fixed fee no commission model which leverages all the tools, expertise and technology we use for our VBA clients. and allows smaller businesses to sell their business with incredible success, derived from our huge buyer enquiry system.Our ultimate outcome is to create a win/win sale for both the parties for all businesses small or large.
