I was Bar Manager from Opening Day until October 4, 2017. I retained a bartending position after stepping down as manager.

My responsibilities with the company included creating an employee handbook & policies, and I created our interview & training processes. I hired, trained, reprimanded, and fired management within the company. I am responsible for maintaining the day to day operations of 3 successful restaurants. Including ordering and training management how to create accurate inventory techniques.I also did my best to keep a fun & healthy work environment with all employees within the company. Keeping an "open door" policy helped me to gain the trust and friendship of a lot of employees.

Working as the General Manager of a brand new bar was a challenge. I had to schedule, train, hire, and fire employees. I created a cocktail menu, and food menu. I did the inventory and ordering for the store, and created monthly Profit & loss reports. I was in charge of payroll, and even cleaned he building every morning.
