Develop new business relationships to ensure LIG is always using the latest and greatest tools. Develop and distribute customized reporting sites for employees and executive staff. Design and implement new internal processes that help all LIG employees excel in their department, while maintaining a 99% up-time across all systems. Work with new business partners and assist with all technology needs they may have. Design and implement all Call Center dialing strategies. Maintain all Call Center technology including but not limited to Asterisk based Phone System, Windows based servers, Linux based servers, SQL Databases, Internal Network, Internal CRM and Office 365 solutions. Troubleshoot and repair all individual workstations and equipment including Desktop PC's, Laptop PC's, Digital Signage, Printers, SIP Phones and Softphones. Maintain all internal systems including Active Directory, Office 365 roles and permissions, Azure and to ensure Lighthouse Insurance Group is following all guidelines set by the FCC and TCPA guidelines. As the HIPAA Security Officer my role is to ensure Lighthouse Insurance Group is following all State and Federal guidelines with regards to HIPAA, customer privacy and customer information security.
