What happend to hospitality? Is all reverting to VRBO and AirBnB rapport? I thought we actually talk to guests, people, patrons. I thought the goal was to engage, ask questions, build relationships, word of mouth advertising, a walking residual. Once they arrive then have them re-book before they leave. Work ethic? Quality employees? Where did this go wrong and now we are lowering our standards. Why? If anything we should raise the bar in all aspects of hospitality to bring back what customer service should be and go above and beyond is what it really means. That is my passion.
