· Be responsible for building up the Orange local innovation ecosystem and take charge of its operation management- Conceive and design acceleration programs (Inbound, Outbound, Hardware acceleration program and CSRtech etc.)- Develop the business and cooperation with innovation partners and build the data platform with 100 companies (corporates, VCs, incubators & accelerators and start-ups) - Provide insights of China's edge technology and latest innovation trend to the group, promote startups within Orange's footprint and ecosystem for creating and enhancing the cooperation· Take charge of accelerating startups including startup scouting, business model mentoring, startup selection and recommendation for business and investment (recommended 10 startups per year)· Lead and manage innovation events and projects including budget and team management, content and form design, communication strategy planning and nurture relationships with key partners etc.· Promote Orange open innovation concept and its brand image, drive technology exchanges, investment and business cooperation

• Provide supplier market analysis and all documents or information needed to prepare negotiations files；Collect & consolidate all data relating to assigned commodity (volume, market shares of existing suppliers …)；• Understand structure & dynamics of offer (key actors, challengers)；• Prepare and Analyses profile of existing & potential suppliers；• Prepare RFP；• Participate into response analysis & negotiation preparation；• Manage commodity documentation library；• Provide support to Sourcing Business Unit Manager and team；
