Team Captain
Current-Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring that all team members are engaged and contributing.-Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.-Oversee the design and development of the car, ensuring that all systems (chassis, powertrain, aerodynamics, etc.) meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.-Act as the primary point of contact between the team, faculty advisor, and sponsors.-Manage the team’s budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and expenses are tracked.-Lead the team’s preparation for the FSAE competition, including vehicle testing, data analysis, and driver training.-Mentor and support team members, particularly underclassmen, to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity for future projects.
