During this time he helped create some of the worlds finest kitchens that contain bespoke Rorgue & Menu System Induction cooking ranges and worked alongside some of the country's most talented chefs and restaurateurs. This has not only given a unique insight into the demands of the modern hospitality industry, but also a wealth of experience that he brings to each and every new project that he works on in particular with sustainable cooking and working methods. Equipment knowledge is something that he has had a major interest in during his working time and prides himself on brand awareness. Thanks to some excellent factory training Dan has thorough knowledge of a number of high-calibre brands within the foodservice industry including Athanor, Adventys, Rorgue, Menu System, Ambach, Salvis, Franke, Inotech, Irinox, Gico, Electrolux, Therma & Sofinor. Working his way up through the ranks helped Dan get a good understanding of all aspects of the business and industry.
