• Lead and support customer factory to set up TPM (Total Production Management) system• Delivery training on TPM methodology e.g. 5S, 5WHY, 4M, VSM etc.• Provide consultancy on using TPM methodology during daily activities and projects• Carry out audits on project progress, Pillar and Team activities• Improve OEE and reduce operational costs• Support factory to improve overall management process and staff competence

• Deliver process improvement projects deploying DMAIC methodology• Monitor and report all CI initiatives status for the Business Unit and maintain data integrity on the database• Warehouse solution design and simulation by using CLASS• Design operational processes during tendering and implementation stage• Conduct operations training

Account Coordinator (Interational Supply Chain)• Manage day to day inbound international supply operations • Liaise with core operations parties – ISC Hong Kong, Global Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Inland Logistics – to make sure accurate goods delivery• Maintain and update information on Lognet System to make sure data integrity and monitor KPI’sCorporate Initiative First Choice Program Support Manager (Marks & Spencer Division):• Coordinate, drive, control and support the rollout of First Choice with division management team• Communicate First Choice information and knowledge within the division• Facilitate First Choice rollout workshops and divisional meetings including providing the monitoring reports analysisShift Manager (Marks & Spencer Warehouse Operations):• Running and leading a shift with up to 60 staff• Planning and allocating work load• Monitoring performance and accuracy of staff• Resolving operation/management issues
