For my 3rd year at uni, I was the vice captain of LJMU’s swimming team. I had the responsibility to support the team captain, along with communicating with the swimmers and committee to ensure everything is running smoothly. I also had an influence to improve the club experience, by negotiating more training sessions and social activities.

This role required me to follow a planned route to deliver shopping to customer addresses. I would also work within the store by picking items, sorting them into individual orders, then either load them onto the vans, or dispense them through click and collect.

Working in the in store bakery. Morning shifts and evening shifts. Setting up the department in the morning and packaging all the products. Closing down the department in the evening ensuring expiring products are sold or wasted.

I was elected the for the boys team captain for 2019. I was responsible for the team during this year for leading warm ups for competitions, and support for the swimmers whether their race was successful or not. I also had this role on a training camp to Torremolinos, and carries out these responsibilities in a high pressure training environment.
