Setup and manage a large desktop transformation project as a third party supplier into HP, to include definition and creation of the project governance. Recruitment and management a PMO and field service team. Provide monthly project reporting and escalation process. Manage the monthly P&L and budget forecasting (budget circa £2M). Manage IT and Telecoms projects (hardware and software) through life cycle for a multi-national client. Define scope, Create and manage all product documentation and management reports including PID’s, Project plans progress reports. Manage risks and issues. Produce forecasts and mange budgets/resources. Produce and manage RAG status reports. Regular client meetings, liaise with suppliers and third party suppliers.

Draw up work packages for technical upgrades, including a series of migrations from NT4 and exchange 5.5 into Windows 2003 active directory environments, deployment of new inter-site WAN equipment, circuit upgrades, deployment of firewall solutions using Nokia, Cisco PIX Microsoft ISA, and design and deployment of SAN solutions.
