Responsible for fit and wear testing of Reebok footwear and identifying any issues before production. Recruited testers for fit and wear testing of Reebok footwear by communicating via telephone and mass emails. I also had to verify that testers could accomplish testing guidelines. Lead engineer for testing of youth footwear and attended local daycare facilities to accomplish testing. Created a new closure system for youth product from months of testing and saw this idea carried over to additional product categories at Reebok. Associated engineer for football/baseball testing of our cleated footwear. Reviewed blue prints with developers to identify possible areas that could be changed before initial samples.
