I assist securities industry clients such as Broker/Dealers and Registered Investment Advisors in legal and regulatory matters. I assist investors in recovering losses caused by wrongful actions of their stockbrokers and investment advisors.I also serve as an expert witness and consultant in a wide variety of Securities law areas. I testify in securities arbitrations, litigation and mediations. I proved expert consultation in connection with disputes and transactions potentially involving securities law issues. I work with attorneys who have potential securities law issues in transactions, negotiations and disputes.
