My three main passions are computers, community and cooking. In the workplace my favorite tasks are teaching and enabling others to be the best they can be, as well as using technology to solve problems. I've written programs, designed databases, made websites, made brochures, used spreadsheets, worked medical conferences, held corporate training classes, led in person and remote teams, and I've had roles in industry, education, municipal government, non-profits, and insurance.There are many over the years who I've trained and coached who have found their talents and niche in the workforce, or at the very least a solid means of supporting their families, all while being valuable team members in their workplaces. I'm well aware that each of us has incredible value both inside and outside of what we do for a job, and I value each opportunity to empower team members. I am have now had the privilege to influence and inspire team members around the globe.I'm currently working as a New Business Admin Consultant for the Acquisition Services App Review Team at Allstate Benefits.
