I analyze project progress in order to maintain track of the project and detect any issues. I proactively monitor and predict labor budgets as well as develop suggestions as needed. Key Contributions:• Ensured compliance with budget, schedule, and scope by effectively managing project from start to finish.• Accomplished all desired project milestones and deliverables, while ensuring timely completion and delivery to the client.• Streamlined overall project/program activities by effectively communicating all specifications to internal team members.• Identified and mitigated potential issues related to the project in a timely manner by discussing solutions with project team members.• Delivered performance-driven training to staff members in line with needs, while boosting their knowledge and skillset.• Guided and mentored Senior Project Leads and Project Leads as the Executive Vice President and Vice President of Test Development rely on the experience of the Program Managers.• Leveraged professional communication skills to appropriately interact with team members regarding the design of current projects and workflow, while ensuring seamless project operations.• Formulate effective meeting materials for clients and organize committee meetings.

I prepared acknowledgments that would be included in testing materials for verification and validation. I tracked the spending and budgets for privileged materials and permission requests.Key Contributions:• Proactively recorded historical data of permissions usage by using Microsoft Access database.• Played key role as permissions editor to acquire permission to use copyrighted material on DRC tests to avoid any legal issues.
