I was employed as a contractor at Cisco, my main task was the integration of Cisco tele-conference software into Android's software stack for the ICS and JB branches. I have also been assigned to extend/re-factor a Python framework used to test middle-ware features. Among other tasks I was part of the team that syncs with the hardware/software engineers at Texas Instruments, as Cisco uses their OMAP processor in the teleconference devices.

Even though the main focus at CenterData has been windows mobile application development in .Net, I have also developed and conducted stand-alone applications using Silverlight and WPF. I have also taken part during project sales negotiations with customers as technicalbackup. During projects development I kept several .NET and OO concepts trainings andworkshops for the team members. At the same time I have taken over on older windows mobile applications which needed bug fixing and refactoring. Along with software development I am also handling architecture design. As well as I did while working at Texas Instruments, I am supporting the company in implementing agile patterns and methodologies

While being employed at Wirtek I worked within multi-site development teams(Ro-Dk) and developed systems aimed at web, mobile and desktop targets. Some of themost important customers have been Analog Devices and a European UnionConsortium. As far as it concerns ADI, I took part in the development of a windowssystem which had to perform test on any ADI hardware. Another interesting project that I’ve been part of was a distributed system, developed for helping and guiding children diagnosed with autism. Each child had a phone which was practically his/her guide. Any phone configuration or child schedules were to be done via a web-site by their parents or teachers. The technologies used for this project were .Net 3.5, Asp.Net and MS Mobile Dynamics.Except for the above mentioned projects I have been involved in several other medium to large scale projects aimed for both the Romanian and Danish market. I have been involved during every development stage, from gathering the requirements until delivering the product. All of the projects that I have been a part of have been developed following the scrum principles.

Having been in sourced at Texas Instruments as a software consultant, I developedembedded software for audio/ flash file system modules within phone motherboardprototypes. While testing basic functionalities I have been using several automatedtests developed in Perl. Other than embedded software I have been involved in developing engineering tools in .Net. From my first day at TI, due to my well founded knowledge in the field, I also contributed to implementing and running-in SCRUM as a methodology for agiledevelopment. After TI opened a development center in Cluj, Romania, I have been assigned tocoordinate both the Danish and Romanian team.

Involved in the development of mobile solutions for hotels and restaurants in Greece.Most of the development has been done using .Net 1.1 and Vb.Net. The aimed targetsof development have been the pocket PCs and smart phones running WinCe and Windows Mobile.
