As the Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at Alamo Group, I am responsible for overseeing and advancing the company's sustainability strategy, performance, and reporting across its global operations. With nearly 40 years of experience in multinational manufacturing, I bring a wealth of expertise and insight to this role, as well as to the other functions that I oversee, such as Strategic Supply Chain, and Environmental Health & Safety.I started my career with Price Waterhouse Coopers, and then held various leadership positions in finance and planning at Cooper Industries before serving as a public-company CFO at York Group, and in a private-equity CFO position at Igloo. I joined Alamo Group in 2007 as the Executive Vice President and CFO, where I have contributed to the company's profitable growth for over 14 years. In 2021, I transitioned to the newly created role of Executive VP and CSO, reflecting my passion and commitment to sustainability and innovation. I am a licensed CPA since 1984 and earned an MBA from Northwestern in 1993. I have also completed two graduate certificates from Harvard in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation and Sustainable Business Strategy, enhancing my knowledge and skills in this field.
