Manager of Provider Compensation • I custom-built tools that execute and administer provider contracts (300+ employment agreements plus amendments).o Built an MS Excel calculator which first adjusts wRVUs, professional charges, and certain CPT Codes to abide by each provider’s contract. This information is uploaded into another Excel model, which: 1) calculates the compensation, 2) provides journal entries, 3) compares performance to budget, and finally 4) yields an executive summary which Mail Merges with a Word Document to produce customized reports.• Built a Power Automate tool to distribute monthly customized reports to designated recipients. o This tool distills days of work into a matter of minutes by automatically moving reports from One Drive for Business to a designated SharePoint account, while simultaneously sending an email containing the embedded link to the end-user.• Forecast, budget, accrue, and report on the financial components of each contract and then pay amounts owed when bonuses are due. • Determine manpower requirements by clinic to optimize the ideal physician to staff ratios as benchmarked against MGMA’s national database. • Develop new wRVU (i.e., work RVU) multipliers (i.e., $/wRVU) with Goal Seek and Solver for determining compensation and then administering said multipliers by incorporating them into the employment agreements.o Created a system in NTRACTS (our Corporate Counsel’s contract management system) which feeds certain data points into mail-merged documents, ensuring the calculated values find their way into the written contracts.• Maintained the QuickBooks financials for two of our MSO clients – publishing monthly financial reports to each client.• Apply GAAP accounting concepts and simultaneously research legal issues to build business intelligence and enhance compliance.
