I started at Robinhood in IT helping to build out new employee systems, consolidate existing systems to streamline and maximize impact at scale, and support the company and its users in their use. Currently, I lead AV Operations and Event Technologies. With the rest of my team, I am involved in projects from planning to completion and drive employee experience through engaging collaboration solutions. My customers are all-inclusive of Robinhood, up to and including our C Team and I serve them not only with great technology and service, but also partner to bring the same level of excellence to All Hands, broadcast pickups, and everything in between. My task is to be the tide that lifts all ships at Robinhood.

My roles as an engineer/producer include capturing performances and/or voice talent, knowing what should be done to make a recording its best, mixing and editing audio. This is just a superficial summary. Everything from microphone selection to realizing a session's full potential is what I do.

At Apple I am responsible for being up-to-date with product knowledge of hardware and software, and being able to assist clients in not only purchase decisions, but offering world-class support for Apple hardware and software, professional media creation software, and associated devices. In addition to my duties as a Genius, I am currently the Altamonte store’s Technical Advisor in which I manage training of all Genius Bar technicians. In this role I help to create and implement strategies to improve employee workflow and the customer journey.

My role at Fusion 4 is to create video and motion graphics for clients such as Planet Hollywood for their indoor and outdoor displays. As creative director it is my job to ensure content is exciting, visually appealing and in line with branding standards.

Creation and production of The Money Report with Dave Gentry. Responsibilities include reviewing/editing scripts, filming duties which include proper lighting and camera setup, editing, creating and adding show graphics and motion assets, all audio recording/editing/mixing, and final encodes for distribution. Setting up interviews and keeping all logistics on track for producing eight shows a month, along with any YouTube assets attributed to the show is also part of my duties. The show currently airs on Fox Business Network and Bloomberg Europe, UK, and Asia.
