As a Global Contracts Associate, my role is to assist the Medical Products Divisions Associates with the contracting process. This can include template creation, contract review, negotiations, authoring SOW's, working directly with the legal department, and just general advice on how we want to contract. I mostly support Indirect Procurement activities but also work with other groups who have contracting needs. With my purchasing background, I get heavily involved in various RFP's and still manage a few key suppliers.

Coordinating all contracting activities within the Indirect Procurement team to create standard templates and processes. Activities ranged from authoring templates, negotiating agreements, and working with the legal department. Also managed some strategic agreements as well as conducted RFP's.

Buying packaging supplies and services for a manufacturing facility. Included contracts, RFPs, and supplier relationships.
