I am responsible for the day-to-day business operations at SBP. I'm in charge of overseeing our company's ongoing operations and procedures, with the goal of maximizing the efficiency of our business.Apart from this, I'm working with the CEO on planning our development strategies, setting long term goals and making sure we reach them. Also, I'm responsible with prioritizing our internal resources and distributing them to existing external or internal projects, based on the profile of the resources as well as on the requirements of each project.Finally, an important part of my responsibilities is promoting the company culture throughout the team members, resolving conflicts and delicate situations, and ensuring a good work environment for my colleagues.

As a Project Manager, I was fully responsible for the advancement and results of my projects. I was responsible for all areas of project planning, from project team selection, deliverable planning and advancement monitoring, all the way to allocating resources and keeping the project on budget.Another core responsibility as a Project Manager was to act as an interface between our local team and the customer, in order to make sure the customer is always up-to-date with the progress.(the ultimate goal of my role was to ensure that the customers are satisfied with the service we provide, while keeping the resources we invest in their projects under control)Finally, since I have a technical background, I was heavily involved in taking various technical decisions, from choice of technology to details regarding the architecture of the solutions that were developed under my supervision.

As a Project Supervisor, my main responsibility was to make sure that we deliver the releases on time and in good shape. This means that I was involved in all aspects of the development process, from creating development tasks and distributing them to the team (according to the specifics of each task), to planning and monitoring the testing process.I was also involved in supervising the training process for new recruits, while making sure that my colleagues maintained a high level of discipline, through a monthly evaluation of their performance.
