• Responsible for managing five to ten projects at any one time; each project worth five hundred thousand to three million dollars.• Communicate constantly with Elliott personnel, vendors and customers to ensure each project is completed correctly, within budget and on time.• Responsible for technical specification review, drawing and document review as well as in-process and final equipment inspections.• Initiate and assist with numerous inter-departmental improvements focused on streamlining the order handling process.• Assist in training new engineers to the group.

• Responsible for all the mechanical aspects of any combustion system design. This included project management, burner design, material acquisition, and overseeing equipment installation.

• Designed and tested new products. Performed troubleshooting on existing products and participated in field service.
