Over the past 12 years I have been part of a small IT team that has maintained and built all systems needed to support a fast growing non-profit. Starting with one location and growing through multiple building projects and acquisitions now to over 8+ different locations across the twin cities every day required creative solutions to problems as well as flexible support hours. As mobile devices become the preferred tool for employees to use I implemented and managed a solution to centrally manage 150+ end users and their devices. Recently, I played a critical role in the transition to almost 100% Google Cloud for email and productivity applications.Being part of a non-profit also meant I had many other duties as assigned. This included many creative solutions for employees to be productive in their homes. Everyday was about problem solving on a budget and always being a good steward of the resources allocated to IT.

Was a work study for the IT department. I was involved with the desktop support team. I installed hardware and software. I also was involved in troubleshooting for desktop problems.
