In this role, I am responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing standard operating procedures in the Display Group production area, process improvements and metrics, and will also work with IT on continued development of systems integration. Coordinate incoming sales orders between Sales and production to meet customer service level agreements. Provide support for Account Managers with regards to all booked orders, production requirements, and information. To act as a liaison between the Customer, Sales staff, and Production to insure a smooth handoff from Sales to Production, and to follow the order through the manufacturing process.

Troubleshoot basic and advanced diagnostic problems that equipment may have with service technicians and end users along with giving demonstrations to service technicians on how to problem solve common issues that may arise in their everyday work regarding Alliance Laundry systems equipment
