• Managing all aspects of Mechanical Engineering. Leading a team of four Mechanical Engineers, seven designers and three R&D test technicians; ensuring that both short and long term assignments are delivered to quality.
• Managing the Engineering capital and expense budgets.
• To investigate and resolve any issues arising in the day to day use of equipment as advised by field engineers, whether this be procedural, advisory, or equipment fault or failure.
