-Plan and schedule the roster of the staff for daily operations as per the total number of flights and as per the load-control license/qualifications.-Monitor and oversee the daily operations to ensure adherence to safety regulations, airline procedures in a efficient manner to minimize flight delays and enhancing on time performance.-Update all necessary operational manuals in accordance with changes initiated by respective airlines to ensure all changes are reflected in the manuals in a timely manner.-Conduct periodic checks on daily operations to ensure accuracy in passing EZFW, load planning and load sheet compilation and filing.-Carry out the OJT plan for load controllers and ensure validity of all licenses for each type of aircraft on a regular basis.-Conduct periodic checks on daily turn around entries, load sheets and loading instructions to ensure conformity to the safety and airline regulations and accuracy of the load sheets.-Conduct performance appraisal to ensure continuous improvement of talent.-Lead and guide subordinates by providing them with guidance, training and the required growth opportunities to ensure that subordinates are developed for higher-level roles.-Ensure compliance to safety and security regulations.-Update knowledge of current company policy and procedures by reading, memo, circulars and manual updates all equipment and facilities are always well maintained and in good condition.

-Effective control of aircraft weight and balance in compliance with airline safety standards and operational requirements.-Ensure timely resource preparations for flights handling in accordance with contract scope and airline SLA.-Prepare load sheets and loading instructions for safe flight operations. -Ensure proper clearance flight arrival/ departure with government authorities.-Prepare and report accurately weight and balance details on a timely basis, to enable safe flight operations.-Ensure safe and secure working environment around the aircraft in compliance with the legislative/industry requirements.

-Provide a welcome service to passengers at Check in, and at other customer service touch points and to assist the customer journey through the airport-Problems solve on site issues which impact on business customer experience at the airport.-Assist customers during flight irregularities, communication with affected passengers to ensure passenger experience remains positive. -Take service recovery measures when appropriate to protect the customer experience.-Liaise with other stake holders in delivering all elements of the business class experience -Act as liaison with outstation network for special handling requests-Provide a flight editing function to ensure that any required service requests are applied to individual customers -Provide customer recognition to customers through individual contact on each journey through the airport
