CurrentDan Mathason is a Managing Principal at Floridian Builders in charge of deal structuring, operations, and financial management. Prior to joining Floridian Builders, Dan Mathason was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Development at Key International, a renowned Miami-based real estate development and investment company. Dan has overseen major portions of the development, marketing, and sale of 1,445 condominium units valued at $1.1 Billion, including high profile South Florida condominium projects like 1010 Brickell, The Harbour, and 400 Sunny Isles. He has also worked on the development of 624 hotel keys and 602 multifamily units and negotiated $549 Million of construction and income property loans. Dan graduated from the Joseph Wharton Scholars Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Entrepreneurial Management and Information Systems plus a Minor in Mathematics.
