Run and Plan all field operations of Natural Gas Pads involving Water Transfer to the Frac. Also training and continued development of the crews. Being an industry with high demands on your ability to work long hours but at the same time SAFELY, I developed auditing skills to improve working conditions while maintaining all OSHA and Safety Regulations pertaining to Natural Gas Fracturing.I run high output pumps and other equipment needed to push water at high rates to the Frac Company up to rates of 360 gallons (90bbls). Utilizing Poly Piping and Lay Flat Hose Systems we have transfer lines that have stretched up to Ten Miles using Booster Pumps etc. I am also the North East Asset Coordinator and am responsible for maintaining Million Dollar asset Lists to ensure equipment placement and allocation is correct.

I was also involved in all new store openings to ensure timely execution of floor plans and product presentation was ready for store opening time table. I was an Operations Manager for a Call Center that started as a Collection Agency that moved into Inbound Customer Service calls for Companys ranging from Gas Companys (First Energy, EQT, Columbia etc) and Medical Companys (Blue Cross, AHERF, and other special projects)I managed up to 8 managers and over 230 employees in different client groups to focus on call quality and efficiency. I personally involved myself in all espects from Training to looking for candidates to promote and train. I was also selected as the Corporate Trainer when the company rolled out a New Computer Collection System and travelled the country ensuring a swift but thorough conversion.
