Customer Issue Investigation and Resolution: Engage external customers reactively and proactively to address problems through situational analysis, debugging and troubleshooting.Toolbox Professional: Solving problems through instrumented code, post-mortem debugging, live debugging, Time Travel Debugging (TTD), Windows Performance Analyzer (WPR/WPA) and other tools.Graphics/Kernel Subject Matter Expert: Deep experience in win32k, as well as the Graphics kernel and the NT Kernel.Tool Development: Create and improve automatic issue diagnosis and debugging tools.Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Growing others through structured and non-structured knowledge sharing.
