In my role as Technician I do various hands on jobs which change on a daily basis. These include ;Fitting Windows and doors, fitting conservatorys, solving remedials (leaks, damaged Windows etc), fitting skirting and window boards, sealing and cleaning down.I work mostly by myself but on bigger jobs work as a team. I travel roughly 500miles every week during my role. I work in people's homes everyday and am very good with customers helped a lot by my previous roles in catering.

In my role as Assistant Manager I was in control of every aspect of the restaurant. This included recruitment, ordering, cash handling, dealing with complaints, motivating staff, rota's amongst other things. Customer service is my strong point and something I pride myself on.
